At Johnston Prams & Buggies Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Attach the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
